Some ramblings and the Wet And Wild Carnival

Its been ages since I caught up with this blog.  I have been busy as we had a death in the family.  Saying goodbye was definitely waaaayyyy to hard this time.  I have said this again and again - I just HATE goodbyes of any kind.  This is the first time though I realised that death was the best conclusion rather then the suffering to be prolonged. I am glad that I was privileged enough to have spent time with him and have such great memories.

Onto happier things -  It was the Wet and Wild Carnival at school last Thursday and the whole school field was a MESS - to say the least.  Here are some pictures of the munchkin enjoying himself.

Playing Sponge Tag.

He struggled putting on the wet tee.
This was waaaayyyy too funny...

For a child that insists that his swimming isn't too good,  he won 2 first places and a 2nd place.  Maybe its time to push him to do some swimming.  :)

  1. Sorry to hear about the death. Our deepest condolences to you and your family. But you're right, the end is much more merciful than the prolonged pain.

On another note, congrats to Sean for his winnings. Looks like he had a blast at the Carnival!!
